Marion Nestle on Lean Finely Textured Beef

The debate on Lean Finely Textured Beef (LFTB, aka “Pink Slime”) continues.  Last week Marion Nestle, Professor at New York University and well known author, ran a series of articles concerning LFTB on her “Food Politics” blog.  As always, Dr. Nestle provides interesting commentary and perspective on controversial food issues.  The articles are:
